FINBIZZ Balkans 2027 Welcomes Liliana Caimacan and Daniel Rukare as Speakers

FINBIZZ is pleased to announce Liliana Caimacan and Daniel Rukare as confirmed speakers for FINBIZZ Balkans 2027, taking place on 14–15 April 2027 at Sofia Tech Park, Sofia, Bulgaria.

Both bring more than 20 years of international experience, combining academic research with practical work alongside global businesses and organisations.

Liliana Caimacan is a business transformation advisor, innovation expert and Professor at Hult International Business School. She is also CMO and Founding Partner at Crucible Growth Partners. Her career includes senior leadership roles at Unilever, Tata Consumer Products and KRKA, where she worked with internationally recognised brands including Dove, Magnum, Lipton and Ben & Jerry's.

Her expertise focuses on innovation, business transformation, customer engagement and the organisational capabilities required to turn new ideas into measurable business results.

Daniel Rukare is an international strategy consultant and academic with extensive experience in strategy design, innovation, business resilience and future-proofing organisations. He has served on the Academic Board of Hult International Business School and worked on strategic consulting and executive development initiatives involving organisations such as PwC, STC, Unilever, Ford and Coca-Cola.

His work explores how organisations adapt their strategies, develop innovative business models and respond to technological disruption, including the opportunities created by artificial intelligence.

Together, Liliana and Daniel bring complementary perspectives on a central challenge facing businesses today: how to move from innovation and transformation ambitions to practical execution and sustainable value creation.

Their participation reflects FINBIZZ's ambition to connect finance, technology, strategy and business leadership through discussions grounded in both research and real-world experience.
