Cookie Policy
Cookies are small text files that are stored in your browser when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage, pixels and device identifiers, work in a similar way. In this policy all of them are referred to as “cookies”. The controller is FINBIZZ EOOD, UIC 208714643 (the contact details are at the end of the document).
The platform uses as few cookies as possible. The necessary ones are always active. All the others are divided into categories, are switched off by default and are enabled only by you:
- Necessary
- Language preference and, for content administrators, a cookie for logging into the panel. Without them the platform cannot work and no consent is required for them.
- Cookie choice
- Your choice by category, together with the date and version of this policy, is stored locally in your browser.
- Payment
- On the order page the Stripe component is loaded, which sets its own cookies for fraud prevention. They are necessary in order to make the payment.
- External content
- The map of the venue and the videos at the exhibitors’ stands are loaded from Google, YouTube and Vimeo only after your consent. Until then, a notice with a button through which you can load them is displayed in their place.
- Analytics
- With your consent: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. They set their own cookies and browser identifiers, with which we measure traffic and the way the interface is used, and record sessions.
- Advertising
- With your consent: Meta Pixel. It sets its own cookies and identifiers, with which we measure the results of the advertising campaigns and build advertising audiences on Facebook and Instagram. For the collection and transmission of these data, FINBIZZ EOOD and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited are joint controllers.

Transfers outside the EU
Google, Microsoft, Meta and Stripe may transfer data to affiliated companies in the USA. The grounds for such transfers are described in item 05 of the Privacy Policy.
Consent and withdrawal
Cookies for external content, analytics and advertising are loaded only after your express consent through the banner or the settings panel and do not operate if you select only the necessary ones. The consent given constitutes consent within the meaning of Article 4a of the Electronic Communications Act and, to the extent that personal data are processed, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
You may change or withdraw your consent at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page – just as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal stops the loading of the relevant tools going forward and does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before it. You may delete cookies that have already been set through your browser settings.
You may also manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the optional cookies does not affect the core functions of the platform. Blocking the necessary cookies may interfere with the language selection or with the payment.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy where the tools used change. The current version is published on this page with the date of the last revision. In the case of a material change we will ask for your consent again.
